  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to see the latest updates. Or email us:info@popawz.co.nz and we'll be happy to provide tracking information.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it for you.

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery within Auckland usually takes 1–3 business days (non-rural), while other regions may take a little longer.

  • If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please get in touch within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to our return policy.

Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return timeframe

You may return items within 14 days of purchase.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • If you change your mind, order the wrong size, or pick the wrong flavour, you’ll need to arrange and cover the return shipping.
  • If we’ve sent you the wrong product by mistake, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Returned products must not be expired or used. If these conditions aren’t met, unfortunately we can’t process a refund or credit.

Damages & issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us straight away at info@popawz.co.nz so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

We’ll let you know as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take extra time to complete the refund on their end. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please get in touch with us at info@popawz.co.nz.
